my a320 serial also only had 30 characters, went to website and it worked fine, within a few minutes i had the new key. If you have a ticket with support they always respond super quick. you can also just skype jar
So I just got a new computer and I re downloaded the A320 from the org store. But when I open it up in X plane there is no area to enter the serial number and the plane is not functioning. How do I fix this 153554b96e

If the serial number window isn’t showing, try re-installing the aircraft and make sure you’ve placed it in the correct X-Plane Aircraft folder. Also check that you have the latest version from the org store, because older builds sometimes skip the activation popup. If nothing works, open a support ticket with Jar and they usually respond quickly.
